IMPERATIV JOURNAL
The Imperativ scholarly journal has been published since 2025. Its founder and editor-in-chief is Elman Nəsirov, Doctor of Political Science and Professor. The journal operates in accordance with the Constitution and other laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, relevant decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The editorial team of the Imperativ scholarly journal follows the international standards of publication ethics established by COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).
